In this 10-session program you will learn powerful relaxation techniques, centering exercises and self-care strategies to help you regain balance in your life as well as help you achieve deeper levels of health and happiness. Many traditional wellness programs focus primarily on the physical body. Instead, we take a holistic approach, focusing on all aspects of the client – mind, body and spirit. This program covers a wide range of subjects from stress management, nutrition, exercise, self-nurturing, positivity and worry control to creating a healthy personal environment for yourself and your family.
